Walked in on a whim after lunch because the place looked cute from outside and I’m really glad I did. I ordered the Matcha White Champaca Salted Cheese and it was honestly one of the better matcha drinks I’ve had around the Bay. The matcha had a nice rich flavor without being bitter and the salted cheese foam made it super creamy without feeling too heavy. The floral note from the champaca was subtle and really unique. What impressed me even more was how incredibly efficient they are. The shop was busy but everyone knew exactly what they were doing. From ordering to getting my drink it was surprisingly fast. I feel like I usually wait much longer at other specialty matcha places or even Starbucks so this was a really pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly the store was spotless and everything felt organized. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both great quality and great service this consistently. Definitely adding this to my regular stops whenever I’m in downtown Palo Alto. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next time

Overall my Jasmine tea was very high quality, fresh and strong. I think they have a small selection that they do very well but personally, I like a little more variety. When you walk in the Jasmine smell is so strong and it smells crazy good. In the back. There's an area for 3 groups to sit but this is definitely more of a pick up and go kind of setup. Looks very clean, didn't wait long, and the workers seem very efficient. I understand this is more of a specialty place that has a small selection but does that selection very well. That personally is not my preference so I did one star less.

highly rec ordering online for pick up!! there isn’t much of a waiting area inside or outside along the sidewalk. tea was aromatic but i think they add essence..? 😅 it was sweet milk tea (flavor profile in that order)… also i love the packaging but also rip sustainability 🌎🔥 everything is so over packaged 😅

Great service and super friendly staff every time I visit. The drinks are always fresh and high quality. I usually get the snowy jasmine milk tea and their signature bubble tea — both are amazing. One of my favorite milk tea spots, highly recommend. Will definitely keep coming back!

We decided to try this spot on a Sunday afternoon since it had been recommended to us by some friends. They also encouraged to order online (which we are glad we did since there was quite a wait!) We had the Jasmine Tea and the Double Hazelnut Choco Lava. The Choco Lava was super flavorful and fresh, not super sweet which was great. The Jasmine Tea was alright (not the best we’ve had) but still fresh! There are a lot of unique options to choose from. The staff is efficient and friendly! We definitely will be back!
